Operations & Customer Service Manager

About Sherry
Sherry has been in the telecom industry since 1978, starting as an administrative assistant and growing into her current role as Operations & Customer Service Manager at IP Genie. She coordinates new installations, number porting, and service changes, while also managing technician schedules and assisting customers with service issues and remote programming—handling a little bit of everything to keep operations running smoothly.
She values the strong relationships she has built over the years, both with her co-workers and the many customers she has helped along the way. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys practicing yoga, reading across all genres, and spending time outdoors.
