About Matthew

Matthew has been in the customer service industry for more than 14 years. Most of this time was spent as a hotel manager for reputable hotel chains Wyndham, Hyatt, and IHG. Following the five key elements of customer service (Patience, Engage, Knowledge, Honesty, and Respect), Matthew has improved customer relations for every business he has worked for. He feels the customer is the most important aspect, and works diligently to make sure they are always satisfied with the service provided. He prides himself on building a strong rapport with all clients. This helps strengthen the reputation of the company. And that is what people remember!
