When reviewing the experience of our CCi Voice staff, you may notice a few things. We only hire people with a passion for IT and telecom and those with robust knowledge in the field and a passion for providing support. We are real people, not machines. About Chris

As VP of Technology at IP Genie, Chris Ferrall plays a key role in sales, service, and support. He works closely with clients throughout the entire process—from initial consultations and system design to installation, training, and ongoing support. He also manages internal systems, oversees vendor relationships, researches new products, and ensures network security and system reliability for both IP Genie and its clients.

Chris has been in the telecom industry his entire life. His father owned Telspan, a company that started in New York and later moved to Connecticut. Chris began working at Telspan in 1993 while still in school and joined full-time in 1998 after earning his B.S. in Computer Science. With decades of experience, he brings deep technical expertise and a passion for ensuring clients have reliable, efficient communication systems.

What Chris enjoys most about his work is helping clients get the most out of their phone systems, making sure they operate smoothly and effectively. Outside of work, he serves his community as a firefighter and EMT.
