About Carol
Carol has over 32 years of experience in the customer service/sales industry, working for CCi Voice since early 2015. She considers herself very much a people person starting every day with a positive attitude and tireless energy. She’s usually the one who fires up the staff with her pep and enthusiasm.
Carol has found working in the communications business to be very fulfilling. She finds pleasure in serving customers and keeping them connected. Her philosophy has always been to take care of each customer as if they are part of the family.
Carol is originally from Brooklyn, but currently lives on Long Island. Her favorite pastime is being with her family. She is inspired every day by her husband and children.
